GWCheck Expired Records

I just ran a GWCHK to get mailbox stats on attachments over 10Meg. Instead
of Mailbox Stats, I accidentally choose Expire/Reduce. I do believe that I
have deleted everyone attachments over 10 meg. What is the restore procedure
for this? Is there an easy way? Is there a way to parse the GWCHK log file
to get the users and emails. etc?

After setting up the restore area, do I need to go in to each mailbox and
restore the data, or is there a way to restore in bulk?

Nope, it has to be done from the client, but people can do it themselves
as and when they notice something missing.
