How can you set the GW client as the default Mapi client? The choose profile dialog box does not come up when trying to send a message by the send to option in Word and from a program that uses the Mapi client on the machine?

Thank you!

You can't with GW6.x :-( since Groupwise use an old version of std. Mapi,
and your client properly use extended Mapi

So what does happen instead? nd why would you expect the show profile
dialog to come up? Do you have multiple profiles?

Hi,
There is a dialog box the comes up before sending out the message that
shows the Novell default settings are going to be used.
Ehmm, could you be a bit more clear? In your first post, you say it does
*not* come up (which is normal, as what *should happen ist that GW
simply starts). Now you say it *does* come up.

So let me try again: What exactly happens when you try to send to email
recepiient from WORD, and what do you expect to happen, and why?
The only thing that *should* happen, is that if GW is already open, you
get a new message dialog with the word file as attachment. If GW is not
open yet, it should do that, possibly ask for your password, and then do
the same.
