GW 6.5.7 POA "Undeliverable" messages

Crazy problem: GW 6.5.7 POA shows "Undeliverable" messages on agent
screen, but when looking in the "/problem" or other PO subdirectories
for the undeliverable messages, I can't find them.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks,

Scott

Moved any users lately?

Normally there is an addressing problem so that a message is delivered
to a PO when a user used to reside but is now somewhere new. There is
a switch in the system preferences "create nickname on user move" that
should be set to always and have an expiry date of some 30 days. This
provides the pointer to the new PO and therefore solves the
undeliverables.

Well, there have been no users moved - so I don't think that's the
problem.

What do you think about "Finding" the messages that have been counted
as "Undeliverables", and taking a look at them ? I just can't seem to
find them....

Thanks,

Scott

Of course not. They were dumped.

Undeliverables don't get stored anywhere special. PROBLEM/CORRUPT messages
go into the Problem directory

Look in the POA logs for D10x (where x=a number)....
