We use a Konica/Minolta 750/600 scanner to send documents to the users
on the network via the groupwise system. While this has worked fine, I
have 2 users who sporadic does not receive any documents. I got one
fixed today, but still have one user that is not receiving any
11:24:40 075 Message blocked by recipient.
11:24:40 075 Recipient has blocked all mail from sender's Internet
domain.
11:24:40 075 Processed OK
11:24:40 06B Processed OK
11:24:40 075 Distributed: jlmiller
11:24:40 075 Processed OK
This was created in the POA logs when I tried to send a document to 2
users myself and another.
I can see that the document went through ok for the user jlmiller
(myself), but it states the rcipient has blocked the sender (which is
the copier). We have deleted and re-installed the user but this is not
working.
Any ideas as to what is keeping this user from receiving any e-mails?
Regards,
Junk mail handling?

Hi,
11:24:40 075 Recipient has blocked all mail from sender's Internet
domain.
Quite seriously, how can that message be made any clearer than it
already is? This is verbatim exactly what happened.

Should have given the obvious in my first thread and that is the user
isn't blocking anything. No junk mail handling nothing in the Blocked
list and nothing in the Trust List.
If you say so. Nonetheless the POA is convinced this user has such an
entry. I guess you can TRY running GWCHECK, but personally I'd double check.
