Users not seeing email

Ok. The relocation project continues.
GW 6.5.7. 1 MTA, POA and GWIA on same box. 2nd POA on remote
network.
Remote POA (ie different subnet) sends/receives email internally and
externally. All is well.
POA on relocated server - groupwise clients not getting email in their
inbox. They can send to the other POA (and clients receive) and
externally as well.
But anything sent to these users does not show in the Inbox.
I do not see any errors in logging (set to verbose) on the POA in
question.
Ideas?
Look at your mta console and look at the admin status (the screen
showing the paths and ports). The mta is probably not seeing the right one.

Have you been through the steps in TID 10014955 ?

Although I'm still not sure which is the relocated server ?

Local PO path is correct, remote IP and port are correct (but again, no
problems with this PO)..
However, details says that "Cannot attach to server or volume"
Which is strange cause the MTA and POA are on the same server.
OS Platform? Only on NetWare is this moderately weird. On any other
platform rights would be a relevant matter.

Volumes are local hard drives?

Your users shouldn't need any file rights to the domain directory. Neither
should the PO object for that matter.

Does the MTA screen still show the post office as open now ?, definitely
sounds like there is something wrong within either the PO/domain
properties or in the agent startup files, or the link configuration.

What happens if you start the client with the ' /@u-?' switch and then
explicitly fill in the login parameters for the moved POA.

Yes, the MTA shows the PO as open and mail is flowing.
And the POA, it has a summary screen. Post it.
Check the ip addressses and ports there too.

Could you post the start section of the log file where it shows all the
active settings. The log file is in <podir>\wpcsout\ofs
