Groupwise Mailbox Restore

Hello everyone,

I was in the process of restoring a mailbox using the following TID, has
anyone used this TID before to successfully restore messages from backed up
mailbox?

TID # 10010461.

Question # 2: On step 3 it refers to use /ph to connect to the restored
mailbox, the question is: Do I have to an agent running the restored
postoffice? Such as a restore POA in order to login to the mailbox or can i
do it by using the /ph in the client and connect @ file level.

If the answer to top question is yes, you have to run a POA with the restore
postoffice. How do i prevent it from starting to receive emails etc...

Does anyone have better steps to follow for retrieve emails from a backed
postoffice /mailbox.

I just need all the received messages from one specific user.

Currently running: GW 6.5.7 latest patch

/ph=<pathtorestoredpodir> means make a file level connection. No POA
required, but the wphost.db must be set to allow direct access, not set to
c/s only.
