Discussion:
Creation of admin defined field creates 2 GW address book fields

We are running GW 7.0.3 and C1 v1.3.6h with the latest GW snapins.

I have a weird problem and am wondering why it is happening. When I create
an admin defined field called "Mobile" and then go look at the available
fields to add to the GW address book, two new fields show up (Mobile &
Cellular Phone Number) rather than just the one I created. They both have
the same info.

Here is the process I am following:

- C1/Domain/Properties/Address Book
- Map additional fields/choose Admin defined 3/Edit/Select "mobile" from the
user properties/OK (admin defined 2 is already used for Location)
- "mobile*" now shows up in Available Fields/Select and move left into
Address Book Fields pane/OK
- C1/Domain/Properties/Address Book shows that "mobile*" is one of the
Address Book Fields and the label is listed as "mobile" - Cellular Phone
Number is not listed anywhere
- C1/Domain/Groupwise Utilities/System Maintenance/Rebuild indexes for
listing
- C1/PO/Groupwise Utilities/System Maintenance/Rebuild indexes for listing
- Open GW client/Address Book/add more columns - in the available columns
pane it now lists both "mobile" and "Cellular Phone Number"
- if I add both of these columns to the address book, they contain the same
info
- I have checked everywhere I can think of including using Schema Manager to
look for Cellular Phone Number and cannot find any reference to it anywhere

Any idea why this might be happening or can someone try to duplicate it?
Thanks for any insight into this weird problem.
