Trying to troubleshoot intermittent mail loss to specific user mailboxes
and am at a loss.
I have already rebuilt the domain and PO databases
Run Mailbox maintenace on the users in question
Symptoms:
On one account, test emails sent to itself return a d101 user not in post
office error.
External emails arrive at the GWIA, pass through the MTA but do not arrive
in the users mailbox. I have checked the junk mail/blocked mail settings
as well as gwprob. POA and MTA logs don't show any errors/.
When attempting to synchronize the affected users' mailboxes in
ConsoleOne, I get the following error:
"The email address conflicts with the address of an
existing user 0XDB57"
We have one domain, one post office- only six users. There has never been
a duplicate user or entry for any of those users.
