Barracuda Archiver and GWENN4.NLM

I recently installed a Barracuda Email Archiver 350 for email retention.
Every two to three months the server abends on gwenn4.nlm module and
users cannot delete email. I've worked with Barracuda support on this
issue and have not resolved at this time. If anyone else has experienced
this problem and have found a solution, please lete me know.

Sounds like an IMAP issue. Other than

a) using the latest patch code for your GW
b) trying to find a potential problem message and deleting it.

You have no options.

Thanks for your advice. I'll have them save a hard copy of the troubled
message/s and have them delete. I thought maybe there was a way to have
IMAP directed only to POA as the abend also involves gwia module.

Of course there is. You can enable IMAP at the POA level and turn it off
at the gwia.

It's worth a shot, but most of that code I would wager is common.
