LDAP Error 34 on POA

Hello NG

We are working with Groupwise 6.5.7. Now, some users have the problem, that
they can`t login to its own mailbox. The problem persists with the GW Client
and on the Webaccess.

On the POA Log the following error is displayed.

02A LDAP Error: 34

Other users do not have problems and they can work with Groupwise.

Does somebody know this problem? How can I solve it?

Ramon,

user object in C1, Groupwise tab, is the "LDAP Authentication" tab used? If so, check for typos.
If you authenticate to eDirectory (same tree) through LDAP, you don't need the information there.
