Sent items pending

all sent items execpt those sent to my own PO status shows pending. Some
of the messages are being delivered but the results remain pending. The
only TID I have I have found has me renamed the MSlocal on the primary
domain and restarted both the MTA and GWIA. Which I did but does not
appear to have had a difference.
