Running GW 6.5.7. I have 1 user (may be more that I don't know of) that is
intermittently not receiving internet mail. I can see the mail in the GWIA
logs and I can see where it was received by the MTA and sent to the PO. Is
there a way to check the message tracking at the PO level like the MTA? I
have noticed undeliverables in the PO screen on the server but I don't
know how to check them or find any info on them. Any guidance would be
appreciated.
Thanks Mike

I have this exact same problem with 6.5.7. Mail seems to hit the GWIA,
transferred to MTA and then never seen again. Happens randomly throughout
the day. I seem to be using GWIA and WebAccess 6.5.5, while the POA, and
MTA are 6.5.7.... maybe that's part of my problem.

Let me know if you find anything.
