Is there a way to open up and view queued messages in the WPCSOUOFS4
folder of a POA. Also, is it possible to find out who internally and
externally sent that message? The OFS log only tells the time the message
was sent and the status of any errors

As Tommy said the email files within GroupWise are encrypted via a
propriety scheme.

The WPCSOUT directory are the incoming email directory fo rthat POA.
All directory naming is from the point of view of the connected MTA
(Domain).
